[00:00:11] Well then guys, welcome back into The Spooky Shed, your go-to place for conversations around all things weird, scary and of course spooky. Tonight with me I've got Tina from Ghost Tracks. So Tina, welcome into The Shed. How are we? Tina I'm good, thank you. How are you doing? Tina I'm good, good, good. I'm alright. I was just having a night with my child trying to get him to sleep but thankfully that's now my wife's problem so good luck to her. Tina Poor wife. Tina Exactly.
[00:00:40] Tina That's alright. Tina But luckily she lets me do this so fair play to her. Tina Yes, yep. Tina Yeah. Right then so I pre-warned you earlier today so I always get all my guests, I always start off by getting all my guests to leave something in the shed. Like I say it's purely hypothetical, can be something you love, something you hate, a person, a place, a feeling, a thing, literally anything you want. The weirder the better. What have you got for me? Tina You know, you told me that and I was thinking, thinking, thinking.
[00:01:10] Tina I'm drawing all the blanks. I guess I could say we'll go like self-realization. Let's leave myself doubt in that damn shed out back. Tina That's a good answer. Tina Yeah. Tina No, I like that. It's better than some things that have been said. I always say that but it is true because no one will ever be the weirdest thing. So… Tina What's the weirdest thing? Tina Yeah, a butt plug. Tina Why would you leave that in a shed though?
[00:01:40] Tina I don't know. I don't know. Tina They were done with that lifestyle? Tina I didn't dare ask. Tina That's fair. Tina I wouldn't want to know. Tina I said okay and we moved on. Tina We moved on. See, I'm too curious for that. I would have needed all the details. Tina I wanted to but I just felt that I can't be bothered editing all of that out because no one probably nobody else wants to hear that. So I just felt… Tina I need names and information. I'm gonna reach out now.
[00:02:12] Tina Right then. So talk to me about your podcast first or when you started and what got you into it all. Tina Sure. So Ghost Tracks podcast started in January of 2025. Started out with just me wanting to do a podcast and I had wanted to for many years. I was just too chicken shit to start it.
[00:02:37] Tina I was tied between paranormal or like true crime because I love both of those things. But I'm just a weirdo so paranormal one out. I talk about haunted locations, a lot of famous hauntings, but I do a lot of paranormal investigations as well.
[00:02:58] Tina So I work with an investigative team here in Indiana. And we have… I have them on quite often actually. And we discuss places that we are going to upcoming or places that we have gone.
[00:03:14] Tina So typically we do an episode before we head out, give the history, hauntings, information, and then we go. We do the investigation and then we come back and we talk about what we experienced and what evidence we captured and things that we expected, things that we didn't, just kind of that thing.
[00:03:34] Tina So I am going to be doing a structure change for the podcast since it's just me now. I did have a co-host for a time, but that did not work out. So it's just back to me. Tina So usually how it works is how mine started. Tina Yep. We can leave her in the shed too. She was a real bitch. Tina Fair enough. Fair enough.
[00:04:02] Tina Now I feel like I need to ask why, because you said about asking more about the book plug. I feel like I need to ask more about that. Tina Oh, that is a long… I've actually, I've never even talked about it on the podcast. I kind of just like picked it up and just continued on like nothing had ever happened and she just stopped appearing on my stuff.
[00:04:25] Tina Long and the short is I helped her get out of an abusive relationship, moved her up here to Indiana. She lived with me for seven months, lied to me the whole time, was talking to her ex and was giving him money and moved him up here to Indiana as well.
[00:04:45] Tina Long But living in my home for essentially free the whole time. So, you know, just shit people doing shit things. So I put up boundaries. She didn't like those boundaries. And my husband said, get the fuck out then. Tina Fair enough. Tina Yep. Tina Understandable. Tina Stepped away, blocked it all. And I've just been doing my thing since. Tina Fair enough. Fair enough.
[00:05:11] Tina Well, luckily that's not how my whole co-host situation ended. But that's another bloody story that everyone has heard plenty of. Tina Yeah. Yeah. I just, she's drug my name through the dirt quite a lot since the breakup and that's fine. I just, I know what happened and that, you know, my intentions were good with trying to help her.
[00:05:39] Tina And I don't feel that hers were good in receiving my help. She was very deceitful in what she was doing. And so that's just an unfortunate lesson that I had to learn, I guess. Tina Yeah. Yeah. Well, that took a turn. I wasn't expecting it to. Tina Hey, you know, I'll be skirting all over the road. Tina Right. Anyway, so back to the weird stuff that we like then. Tina Oh, yes. Tina Oh, yes.
[00:06:05] Tina What got you interested in the paranormal? Was it very stereotypical ever since you were a kid? Or did your interest become later on? Tina So I'm actually, I was born overseas. I was born in England. My grandmother's from Edinburgh, Scotland. And so I think we've all just been, we're just spooky people.
[00:06:26] Tina I grew up listening to Scottish lore, English lore, things of that nature. And then when we moved to Delaware, so we moved to the States right before I started grade school. And then we moved to Delaware after my dad got out of the military. And that was the first time I'd ever seen a ghost in a historic home that my parents' friends were living in. And so just took it from there, I guess.
[00:06:57] Tina Fair enough. Where were you born over here then? I need to ask. Tina At Lake and Heath. Tina Where the hell is that? Tina It's, let me actually Google it because I never remember. I know it's Lake and Heath, England. My dad was in the military. So he was stationed over there on one of the Air Force bases. Tina Fair enough. Even I've never heard of that.
[00:07:23] Tina Yeah, and I never remember like where it's close to. Suffolk. Tina South, Suffolk, England. Tina Oh yeah, so it's down south then. So the opposite to me. As soon as you said it, I was like, that's too posh to be up north by the sounds of that. So that definitely isn't me and me. Tina Yeah, no. So, but yeah, I tend to, I'm more obviously like genetically, we're Scottish.
[00:07:52] Tina South, Suffolk, England. So, but yeah, no, I'm, I'm hoping in the next, I'm going to try for the next two years. Within the next two years, I want to get back over overseas because I haven't been back since we got to the States. Tina Yeah, and we've, we've got loads of old haunted shit over here. Tina Oh, I know it. Tina Oh, I know it. Tina Oh, like what? It's really like, well, not even like, I don't know, like a tenth of the size, if not less. Tina Yeah.
[00:08:19] Tina Yeah. But I, you know, I talk about this from time to time on my podcast when we're talking about like locations here. Tina Yeah.
[00:08:29] Tina Oh, I think we were driving through, we're going to West Virginia. I took my mom down to West Virginia to Harper's Ferry. And that was like a lot of people that migrated over from England ended up in the Harper's Ferry, West Virginia area because it was very similar to that, you know, to their home country. and so we were driving and i think it was in maryland and we went through a town that was
[00:08:57] established in 1723 which is you know earlier than even america was you know america and so i thought that was just like so cool and then i was like but europe you can find things that are from like the 14 1500s that are still standing today like that just blows my mind so being able to go and
[00:09:23] with my adult eyes not my child eyes be able to see those things would just be a dream so yeah well i mean there's a place near me what the when was that built because so there's an old abbey is about 45 minutes from where i live called whitby abbey it was like inspired dracula and stuff
[00:09:42] that was built in the year 657 like that doesn't even like make sense to my brain that that was even a time exactly it's weird isn't it i just i just never loved history as much as i do now like as a child probably because it was all just american history like egyptian history and that kind of like i ate
[00:10:12] that stuff up um but a lot of it is american history and i'm just like this just sucks like like yeah because there's not a lot of it really no it's not and all it is is just white dudes taking land from other people and that's shit so yeah i just um i love history i really really do and i love i like going and seeing these places
[00:10:40] like that's probably my favorite part of the of what has come out of doing the podcast is going to locations and doing like the paranormal overnight stays and everything like being able to go and see you know the structures that these people lived in and a lot of these places were opened back in like early 1800s so to to see the structure still standing and just think about all of the people that
[00:11:08] passed through those areas over the years is a little mind numbing sometimes but um it's just fascinating so but yeah over there in europe yes please sign me up yeah i know i know exactly what you mean i'm the same like say whenever we whenever we do investigations like more when it's like you know
[00:11:34] obviously i build in this stuff because i do a lot in like woodlands areas and stuff as well which is scary but cool and a lot of the times as well it's when it's like one of the big places that you're like you know you've seen on tv or you've heard about loads and then when you finally go there it's like it's almost surreal you know you think christ that yeah um so one of the like the big places that i well i had to Waverly Hills which i got to go to and we did an overnight there it was a public
[00:12:02] investigation so we're going to try and go this coming year um and do a private investigation so that way it's just us in the building and not you know random people and most people most of the people were very respectful like we didn't have any issues but it would just be nice to have our group there yeah not so many people in and out that we don't know um so we got to do that and then on the
[00:12:24] way home from west virginia um i didn't realize we were as close as we were to trans allegheny lunatic asylum and so i was like oh we're stopping there and doing a like a daytime ghost tour when i pulled up i don't know what i thought like how big i thought this place was but it was bigger than what i thought it's 242 000 square feet just the main building like i rolled up there and i was
[00:12:53] like holy shit i think i kept saying i can't believe how big it is like my mom was like this place is huge i was like i know so that shows up there's something wrong with me because the first thing i thought the first thing i thought then was that's a lot of lunatics yes yes well what's i mean at least that facility is as big as it was because so many of them like the amount of people that they stuffed
[00:13:23] into these places that were just not big enough to account like there's no reason like waverly was one of them and granted that's a it was a tuberculosis ward waverly was but just the sheer number of people that they were putting in those like in that space yeah was just like astronomical and i know like the old prisons and stuff were the same um so yeah but yeah 240 the sad thing is with places like that
[00:13:51] though is that like you can probably guarantee that at least a quarter it maybe even half of the people shouldn't have been in there yeah yeah that's the scary thing so yeah so i actually have um front and i'm actually i'm wearing their shirt today i didn't just realize that um i have a poster i don't have it up but it'll be hung up in here somewhere at some point um but it is i got it they're at trans allegheny
[00:14:19] lunatic asylum and it's like it's just a bunch it's a list it's lists of what people could be admitted for in like to be put into that facility i think there shouldn't need to be a list that long honey i'm gonna go get it if you don't mind i'm gonna go get it because i just i have to read you some of these because i was like because some of these are going to be ridiculous aren't they oh
[00:14:44] they're so probably if you sneeze five times just you just wait i'll be right back okay shimmy back on in here okay are we ready for this go for it this is gonna be this is gonna be crazy this is the list some of it that is ridiculous this is just some like this is not this is not
[00:15:06] a comprehensive list by any means um bad whiskey what bad whiskey so it says trans allegheny lunatic asylum reasons for admission 1864 to 1889 asthma bad company so many people would be put in
[00:15:30] this place under this right here bad habits and political excitement today's today's people would be locked up a bite of a rattlesnake business nerves uh milk fever i'm not even sure what the hell that is fuck is that disappointed love oh
[00:15:59] um a dog bite domestic trouble what the doubt about his mother's ancestors what these are real uh fall from horse and i have to tell you there's a lot of things involving horses on this list like horses are shady i have a new fear of them um fighting fire
[00:16:30] not sure how you fight fire but okay egotism again there i i could tell you a few people would be locked up with that um exposure and quackery what the hell is that seduction and disappointment i mean them two things usually go together
[00:17:02] sometimes enough eating for two years softening of the brain politics political excitement again so this that's fair enough then that should be really that one right there is very serious okay are you ready for this one go for it periodical fits tobacco and masturbation jesus christ
[00:17:31] um and and then my favorite women women right there women and women troubled too there at the end just you know novel reading i would have been locked up just because of that how dare you like to read kicked in the head so if you read a book then you're fucking nuts basically apparently
[00:17:57] fair enough i like that they have imprisonment on here like that's not exactly what they were doing to people you're being imprisoned for imprisonment what does that even fucking mean well that's like that's something i like this you can be arrested for resisting arrest so that so that means you can be arrested for refusing to be arrested yes does that make sense um marriage of son is on here
[00:18:26] well yeah fair enough then yeah lunatic i'm not sure if it means like obviously i don't think it means being married to your son i think it means your son got married and you lost your fucking mind because your son left and went and married somebody no fair enough well ava is women again you know women who's on here um yeah i just
[00:18:52] i got i was both flabbergasted and i thought that this list was just hilarious but the women one took me out i was like wow yeah thanks jesus christ i mean we we often joke now i mean i do anyway about you know what a state the world is in well i mean at least at least would we don't have to deal with
[00:19:17] shit like that not in not in terms i guess that they did yeah um but yeah i just that list i was like man i would or at least to that extent anyway no no not to that extent for sure um but yeah but the building was beautiful despite the reasons why people got put in there um but the abuse in that
[00:19:45] place was terrible um i can imagine that's one of the places so like i think waverly because it's so famous and people talk about it so much and you know people go in there and there was abuse and there's this and that and the next thing and all this death and you know yes there was death because it was a tuberculosis ward and i'm not saying that people were not mistreated or abused because back in those
[00:20:09] days it was very commonplace unfortunately but waverly versus Trans-Allegheny Lunatic Asylum and other asylums of like that's nature vastly different vastly different like people were literally like sealed into boxes at trans-allegheny like medieval torture shit over there like it was crazy
[00:20:37] and they had um you know they had the replicas and some of them were like the actual things that were put you know they they did like the ice baths and the you know um what was the you know boiling basically for conversion therapy that they did um trans-orbital uh lobotomies and stuff like that for
[00:21:02] treatment of these things it just it was crazy to see it all and the instruments you know they have all the instruments there on display and stuff so yeah it was crazy it just to me like stuff like that just more proved proves my theory of like when when people when we first started like developing like medicine and like doctors first they were all fucking psychopaths that had to have been
[00:21:27] because like it's like i i always say like what's what's saying mind whilst it's brilliant and and like i say it saves lives and stuff but what's saying mind thinks this person's dead this person's going to die let's take his heart and put it in him no sane person thinks that yeah well waverly hills like the treatments of um tuberculosis were like removing ribs and deflating one of the lungs to
[00:21:55] leave it to rest and like collapsing your like what and like medically i can understand like what they were thinking yeah but at the same but i mean i'm looking at that through a 2026 lens you know back then i'm sure they thought that that would help but i was just like how barbaric like what in the hell and these patients were just like yeah let's do it
[00:22:25] you know collapse my whole lung yeah it's just it's just weird it's then and then like then and then you've got stories like frankenstein and everyone's like it's a fucking monster and then you've got people walking around with other people's fucking organs yeah like and and we're fine with that for some reason right it's not that different guys that's what i mean but they're on the inside and you can't see them right yep no it's uh like when you think when you think about it like that it's really fucking weird
[00:22:53] yeah no you're right it is i i work in the medical field but i don't do any of that stuff so but even now like some of the stuff that like within the medical community i'm just like i don't think that's gonna work the way you think it's gonna work like why would you do that um but yeah yeah very very very very strange stuff yes yes
[00:23:20] right then so talk to me about when you started actually going on investigations and stuff i want to know well just tell me some tell me some of your experiences some of some of the weiner things some of the scarier things sure stuff so the very first like official investigation that i went on was back in like 2022 i think and that was at Whispers Estate and that's in mitchell indiana
[00:23:49] um i think that was like one of my very first episodes that i i talked about that location um that was the first time that i went with like a group of people and i was there overnight unfortunately for us we had tornadoes come through nice our area that night before so we had had no sleep because we were up and one of the people
[00:24:13] that i had gone with actually their house got hit by the tornado so they were also up all night because you know they almost died um so i didn't get to stay all night i think we left at around midnight that night so it was really you know not not the perfect first go um but we'll be i'll be going back with my investigative team now uh but that was the first time that i ever
[00:24:40] saw like i've seen ghosts i've seen you know human ghosts um and i don't think at that point i had seen like shadow figures and stuff like that but that was the first time that i'd ever seen something that was clearly not human clearly not human shaped um and they call it the creeper and it was up on the ceiling and they were talking you know giving us the history of the place and going through like
[00:25:09] they have like a book that's there where people can write their experiences and draw things and just kind of leave you know leave them there for other people to see and so she was going through that and i kept looking up left out of the corner of my eye and the girl that i was with was like what the hell are you looking at and i was like you don't see that up there on the ceiling like looking and she's like i don't see anything i was like cool that's great but it was just like um i'm trying to
[00:25:36] think because i mean they've been put in movies like similar things i just can't bring up like to my brain what movie that was but it was like really long like long arms long legs but inverted because it was like very spider-like but it was up on the ceiling there just hanging out didn't it was
[00:26:00] like it was breathing the eyes were like just basically gray like and just dark like you couldn't really like make out like an eyeball per se um and it just sat there and then all of a sudden the ladies like and something else people experience here a lot is called the creeper and she turned the page and it was what i was seeing on the ceiling and i was like awesome that's great and so she
[00:26:27] you know talked about it and you know people see it often in the corners of the rooms and hanging on the ceiling and it's usually suspended and i was like fuck my life um and then within a few minutes it like just left and so doug who's in my investigative group we kind of joked about like it just it knew it's like its part was coming up and its pictures were going to be shown and so it just wanted to see itself and then it you know moseyed on out into the ether wherever it goes when
[00:26:55] it's not creeping people out but so that was that was like the first thing that i'd seen outside of you know stuff from my childhood like entities are mostly ghosts that were in the homes that i was in um and then i had a lot of dreams like i lost um one of my very good friends to suicide um in high school and when i got pregnant with my daughter he had come to me in a dream
[00:27:20] um and i didn't know at the time that she was a girl but he came to me in the dream and i had like run after him because logically i knew he had he was not alive so how was he there and he just asked me he asked me how my daughter was and so i got up that next morning and came out of my room yeah and we were well it was the morning of my 20-week ultrasound which is typically when they do the anatomy scan and my mom had asked me if i had any thoughts about what the baby was and i said it was
[00:27:50] a girl and she's like well how do you know and i said oh he told me and she was she was a girl so yeah that's weird yeah it just is very special i i guess because like for me i'm like out of all the people that loved you and that are missing you like why'd you come to me in my dream you know i guess they could be he could have been multiple places all at once i don't know how it works but
[00:28:18] like it was very comforting for me to be able to see him and and even just have that little little exchange that i did there in my dream but um i've had shadow figures i've seen one in my house he was very hat man-esque but he did not have a hat uh it's just standing creepily in my doorway in my bathroom um in like in my room going into my bathroom which so so wait when you see that and
[00:28:47] like the same as the weird thing that was like in the corner of the ceiling how how are you reacting to that because by the sounds of it it doesn't it doesn't sound like you're reacting much and that'd be complete opposite i'd be like through the door out the window and you know i guess that's how i always thought i would react but no i really have never reacted like badly to seeing any i guess i probably would have reacted badly if it was like an alien um because for whatever reason i have like and i'm a
[00:29:16] lot better now but years ago like you couldn't even talk aliens with me without sending me into a panic attack like it was bad like crying hyperventilating freaking out but ghosts and whatever else i'm just like hey guys but the thing that was in my room i couldn't sleep that night my husband travels for work so it's usually just me and the kids here and now that the kids are all grown
[00:29:42] and two of them are out of the house the other two are here but the one's usually out um it you know i i'm just here so there it wasn't anybody and you have to go into my bedroom to even get to the bathroom and then the closet so because it's like them one of the master suites um and i had rolled over and i saw it and i said abso-fucking-lutely not and i rolled back over i said you
[00:30:08] better be gone by the time i roll back over and it was so but that was probably the most like panicked reaction i guess you could say that i had but i literally said those exact words and when i rolled back over it was gone snow he listened that's all i mean i suppose i suppose that makes sense because it's like it's a it's in your own house so you're sort of like right get the fuck out get away from me right how dare you kick me out
[00:30:38] um i've had like whispering in the house in my room um and i i mean you're from the uk like the fae is very prevalent over there and it kind of was like that it was like little voices and there were multiple and you could hear them and i kept thinking that i was seeing stuff out of the corner of my eye but i don't know i mean it was dark in my room and you know there's a street behind us so i
[00:31:05] didn't know if it was just like shadows being cast or what and i was tired but the voices were definitely there and i finally just said you know out loud i don't mind if you're here if you're not you know here to cause harm but i need you to quiet down because i'm trying to sleep and i'm just very matter of fact when i am you know when i have those experiences um when we go ghost
[00:31:29] hunting i'm very it it really depends on the day and how i'm feeling um but most of the time i will say you know you can touch me you can talk to me um you cannot you know scratch me you are not allowed to like shove me um you cannot physically harm me in any way um you know those kind of like i set very clear
[00:31:54] boundaries when i go out into places um and then i always have um i have a clan crest that my daughter bought me from our scottish clan and i usually wear that as like a protection thing and then i have you know sage and all of that and i and i always say you cannot follow me home like i have haunted items
[00:32:17] in my house and i'm not looking for random things to pop in so but yeah just i think boundaries are really important in your real life with humans and um non-living as well so yeah that that's us i really need to start doing like protection stuff when i go on investigations because i just don't
[00:32:40] yeah and i don't like i'm not and i was gonna say i'm not crazy about it because that sounds bad um but it's not like i do like a ritual or anything you know i think that i'm just so good at like closing that part off that it's just kind of second nature to me um i had i was on with another podcast not too long ago when we were talking about investigations and i had kind of had the
[00:33:08] revelation that like i've never had like a negative encounter i've never had um you know like an aggressive encounter i have felt uncomfortable in spaces obviously and i think that's totally normal um when you're going into places where people have been killed or died or you know or were very ill separated from their families who who wouldn't get uncomfortable that with that but i've never had
[00:33:36] anything like vicious come at me and i think that has a lot to do with a me being able to shut that part off but be just how i react in in the moment and with the spirits as well like i'm very respectful when i'm in their places because it's not mine you know i don't live here this is your space i'm just in
[00:33:57] you know and so i think that that has a lot to do with it but yeah i know yeah i completely agree with you it's just that i i often i i don't know if i maybe have some sort of because when i was a kid i used to sit in my bedroom and i used to have full-blown conversations for hours on end with
[00:34:23] people that weren't there and so my i'm since since starting this with a friend that i have now he has a little catchphrase of when you look into the paranormal looks back and the longer i've been doing this and the more investigations are doing stuff and the more even just the more more stuff that i look into the more weird stuff that seems to happen in my life and the more things that i seem
[00:34:45] to see and hear and everything so i don't know i'd love to be able to work out if maybe i've got some sort of abilities or something if that's even the right word to use or not because when i go on investigations and when i go to certain places i i i'm pretty sure i can tell like instantly well maybe not instantly but within the first minute of being somewhere i can tell if it's a good vibe or a bad
[00:35:14] vibe if anything's even really going to happen or not because i always think with investigations it's i think it's a really good idea to go to the same place a couple of times yes because to me it's more it's better confirmation because if you go there and all hell breaks loose and then the next time you go and nothing happens and then you go again and only a little bit of stuff happens to me that's
[00:35:40] more confirmation than just going there and like i say all hell breaks loose right yeah and it's um we haven't been i think to date like i've been back to billy creek several times and i've been back to iss one other time but it was not overnight they were daytime like i drove out like i brought my mom to both of those places so they could so she could see like where i've gone and you know that kind of
[00:36:09] stuff but it wasn't paranormal like the reason that i was there was not paranormal per se but yes we definitely like most of the places that we i think all the places that we've gone we definitely want to go back multiple times because like you said sometimes it is very calm one than other times you know it no two nights are going to be the same like that's just not possible and so
[00:36:35] um like hannah house i've done a hannah house overnight one time but i've been to the house a multitude of times because they do a lot of vending events there um and then they do you know just tours and stuff so i try to support them a lot one of my friends is um one of their event coordinators and the home is just i love that house like i just love that house and it's very close
[00:37:01] by it's like 15 minutes from my home and so i i go out there and i've had multiple experiences there even during the day um but it's just it's always so calm like i've never had like things happen but it's always so just nice like it's just it's probably the nicest haunted house that you could probably ever visit like it really is like you're just happy when you're there and i i love going there
[00:37:30] and being because who whatever is there is just so it's almost like motherly i guess the house kind of like a mother kind of feeling um but the first time i'd ever i want to say it was the first time i'd vended there i was with um a girl that i used to be friends with and i was helping run her booth and it was so hot it was so hot because i do it in august and here in indiana in august it's like
[00:37:57] almost 100 degrees if not 100 degrees and it's humid and it's just miserable and so i had stepped back into the tree line uh to be under the shade and everything and in my ear i heard a man's voice go hello and i whipped around because i thought it was her husband like playing a joke on me and there was nobody there and so again like you're saying i'm just so calm i literally just said hello how are you
[00:38:25] and then i just i told him they had a beautiful home and a beautiful space and you know i was just here for the day and moved on with my life but it was so crazy like i'll never forget it was in my right ear and he just it sounded like he was confused that i was standing in the yard because if you think about i mean the time that those people lived there the 1800s we look a lot different than what's
[00:38:54] walking around in the 1800s and i got tattoos everywhere i think i was in like a shorter dress that day i don't even remember but um yeah not 1800s garb that's for sure uh i'm sure he was confused why there were people there looking the way that we did um but yeah i've just i've never had a negative
[00:39:17] encounter and some of the homes are very very calm um rogues hotel was another one um that we went to and a lot did not like i've only been there one time and it there just wasn't a lot of activity that night which is fine because again i understand that not every night's gonna have something happen and that's okay you know i'm there i'm talking to the space and you know vibing with the house itself
[00:39:44] and um and it was just fun being there and seeing what used to be a hotel um and just the walls and the decor and just feeling it out so i i like going whether or not things happen um i think i have a harder time with the like the creep factor when it's things in like in my dreams not so much my
[00:40:12] friend like that was fine um but we had gone to spirits of marco church um and it was just me doug and thomas um they're both part of the investigative team that i work for they're not work for but work with and um we had gone that night was really weird like i was having like physical reactions to being there i got really dizzy super nauseous thought i was gonna throw up
[00:40:40] and then i got really really really hot and then i got freezing cold i was like what the hell is going on here so um you know when i i finally i just called it i was like i've got to go to bed like i don't something's going on i'm gonna go to sleep um went downstairs into the basement to to go to sleep i think thomas had stayed upstairs for a little while doug laid down and went right to bed when i did
[00:41:06] um out on the couch and then thomas i guess had come down not too long later and then laid on you on the other side of the couch because it was like a sectional um the guy slept there and i was on like this weird like bed thing and um that i i thought i had woken up in the middle of the night so when i got up in the morning i had remembered it and i thought that i had woken up in the middle
[00:41:33] of the night because the guys were still up walking around and they had walked over towards the kitchen area and so there's you know um one way out of the kitchen and then it kind of loops around and then there's a wall because it used to be a church so you could walk up to that like half wall or whatever and get stuff from the kitchen through the little window there so they were over in that area and i
[00:41:58] remember looking at them and they said did you hear that and i said no i didn't hear anything and they were like you didn't hear that over here and i said no and they were like come here and i was like no i'm going to like i'm in bed like i'm not getting on i love that dream me is just as lazy as real me when it involves bedtime i was like yeah no i'm not getting up out of this bed thank you but they did they kept asking if i was hearing what they were hearing and they were trying
[00:42:26] to get me up out of the bed to go over to the window and in the kitchen area and i kept saying no and so the next morning i woke up and i asked the guys if they had been up and they were like no like we both went to bed right after you did and i was like yeah that like that you say you've not really had a negative experience that definitely sounds like i don't know that it was at least potentially though i don't i don't know so like to me there
[00:42:52] it could have been but dreaming was like nah man i'm i'm in bed i'm not getting up i don't know maybe i'm a bit cynical or what but i don't know that just to me it doesn't sound like anything good would have came from that even if it was just a dream i mean i don't know maybe maybe it's some like weird that like time slip thing or something i don't
[00:43:20] know maybe you were awake but they weren't but you were saying i don't know it was weird that's confusing myself now yeah that well that's really though and again it's not it's like an unsettled feeling because it was in my dream and i didn't know what it was or what it was about that i think that's why that one kind of lingers with me a little bit um but everything in my waking life
[00:43:44] all of my experiences i've had on location while i'm awake have been fine but that one that one's a little like hmm i wonder what that was about so and then i you know i had the owner of spirits of marco on and we did like an interview with her and talked about the history of the house a lot more in depth because she's you know she's done a lot of research they've done a really good job like
[00:44:09] getting as much information as they can about not just the church but the you know the people that you utilize the church and when and then the little community that it's part of and stuff and she said no one else has ever had an experience like that there so i was like cool love being the only one well at least it makes you feel special well i don't know i've got something
[00:44:37] i guess i've got something that other people just haven't had yet and maybe it's just you know because a lot does happen to me in my dreams like i don't know like do you have like vivid dreams very very rarely i i don't i don't tend to remember my dreams much now i mean as you know like i said i've got a child that's almost two so i don't get a lot of sleep at the minute anyway so but
[00:45:07] even before he was born i didn't get a lot of sleep anyway because i'm adhd brain so i can pretty much run on like three hours sleep well i used to i can't now jesus um yeah but i used to i used yeah it's it's great fun yeah so i i honestly can't remember the last dream that i can remember
[00:45:31] that's a weird okay so it depends some some nights i can some nights i can't but there are times i have had i've had three i think is what i've boiled it down to i think i've had like three reoccurring dreams like it's the same thing each time i have it yeah and one of them is alien related and i swear
[00:45:59] to god it was a past life i'm not even kidding because there's no logical reason why i should be as afraid of them as i am like having such a visceral visceral reaction to aliens and i've had it my whole life and my older sister is also terrified of them for no reason that's just an irrational fear though but as a two-year-old and younger i mean my whole life i've had this i swear
[00:46:26] to god i was abducted while we lived in england that's the only thing to be fair to be fair where where you were born i'm pretty sure that won't be too far from rendlesham yes yep so yeah possibly well the dream that i have and again recurrent always the same i'm all it's a point of view dream so it is my like i am the one walking around and seeing these things happen it happens on
[00:46:53] a military base but it's older military uniforms like 40s and 50s style and yeah so i have that one repeatedly and there's two others that i have and it's the same thing but then there's four dreams that i have that are always the same like one is always the same house that i go into but i'm
[00:47:21] trying to get to something and it's always the same way in to i'm like going into a wall and i'm in the walls and i'm going through like this passageway that's in the walls and i'm trying to get up to this place and it's my grandmother it has to do with my grandmother and my grandfather on my dad's side and that one will end like i'll wake up but then the next time i'm in it i'm
[00:47:48] going in through that same place and i'm getting a little further into the home and wherever it is i'm trying to get to and then there's another one again it's in a house same home same thing i'm like advancing it's in the attic of this place the people sometimes change in that dream but it's always the same like i'm getting in there i'm going to the attic and i'm looking for something and then they're
[00:48:14] in so those ones are always the same places but different like the whatever happens in it is a little different so that's just it's really it's really bizarre like really bizarre um but those have been happening i don't know probably early 20s is when those started happening the alien one a little earlier
[00:48:40] that was a teenager when i had that one for the first time but like the going into places and i don't know if that's like an awakening thing for me or or what but yeah it's weird but dream me is really interesting she's wild she has all kinds of adventures yeah like well i mean dreams are weird anyway but i don't i don't hear enough people talking about dreams and the paranormal being
[00:49:10] connected because there's definitely a part of me that thinks they are purely just because of one dream that i've had i've probably told this on here before so if i haven't anyone's thinking i was going to tell this story again deal with it so like it's the only really vivid like really vivid dream that i've had and like to the point where i woke up and i was basically crying so how old will i have been when my granddad died i'll have
[00:49:37] been like i'll have been 19 20 i think when my granddad died i can't even remember all of my sister was 17 and it was a big thing that my granddad always used to say to my sister that my sister wouldn't be a woman until she was 18 and then he died before she turned 18 so naturally she was devastated about that and it must have been it was like like it was it was long enough like after
[00:50:02] he died at least a year maybe even more and i had i had a dream that we were at my sister's 18th birthday and i turned around and i could just see my granddad stood there and like i'm shouting at everybody who's been like saying that he stood there and everyone's just like looking at me like i'm fucking nuts right there's nobody there and i'm just like he's fucking stood there right and then like i run up to him and hug him but then like i sort of like shrink and like i'm a kid again and i was just like
[00:50:29] hugging him around his waist sort of thing and then after that i just woke up oh man but i i've never like when i was a kid i don't know whether i don't know if this is like an adhd brain thing but like my my dreams when i was a kid were like fucking messed up like like all sorts of weird stuff happened like it was literally like what you would imagine a dream to be right like i i had like i was like flying around on sharks and stuff in the skies and stuff having conversations with like ketchup
[00:50:57] bottles yeah exactly yeah like all the weird stuff and then and then that happened then i was just like that was different don't like that that that does that can't happen again don't don't want that to happen again it was nice but also fucking horrible at the same time yeah i could see i could understand both of those i yeah i i really i think i really do think that dreams in paranormal are on
[00:51:26] this i wonder you know it could just be i'm trying to form a thought i have it actually i've that's something i've had written down to talk about with people but if i go through this stack of paper i'd be here all day trying to find it um but yeah i just think that it could be just one form of another
[00:51:52] not maybe not universe but like timeline that we just don't know how to access yet yeah like like a different frequency like that they're a closer one than what we are right sorry i have a gnat in my face i have plants in here and they're just living their best lives over here in the soil um but yeah i just think it's something that maybe not everybody has can tap into um there is an
[00:52:19] episode and i have only talked about it one other time um i'm almost positive it was off of two girls one ghost have you ever heard of that podcast yes okay love them um but it was a listener story and somebody had written in um that she used to be able to get to this dreamland and she went there all the time it was like a little town very similar to the the dreams that i kind of have where i can go back
[00:52:45] and it's just like a continuation um but this was like a whole life that she was living like had friends and relationships with people in this town and you know she would be there and then it could be a couple months before she could access that place again and people would be changed because they would be growing and you know living their life there and then i think somebody had died in that
[00:53:10] that space that she was in um and when she came back she was arrested for the murder of this person and so it was like there was a trial and all this other stuff and they ended up casting her out of this town as punishment like she would never be able to access this place again and she said she's
[00:53:32] never been able to get back there ever again since it happened that is weird so like that that that particular like that's always stuck with me that listener always stuck with me at first i was just going to say well that's just lucid dreaming but i mean quite quite well i suppose it's probably somewhere in the middle and like i say if she could get there and like navigate where she wanted to go i suppose that is a form of lucid dream but then like if stuff like what later on happens
[00:54:02] and she can't control that then i suppose it's not lucid dream so yeah that that's that's odd i'd love to be a lucid dream though yeah i think i'd probably sleep a lot more if i could i think i do in a way um i just don't think i tap into it as deeply as other people can um same thing with astral project projection um one of i think you've been have you been on
[00:54:28] ghost gossip yep okay so has she ever talked about her astral projection and her dreams yep okay because she's i i don't do it that way that's for sure i i that would probably freak me out that would be my freak out moment no like astral projection scares the living hell out of me i'd i guess i've had on previously i don't know i don't know if you've heard of her she's called jj rose
[00:54:56] and the first time i did an episode with her she'd like basically so it sounds it sounds a horrible thing to say like i don't know but she sort of like proved it to me i was sort of like you know like do it right poking a monkey over stick come on do it do it right like she explained the full layout of my house where my shed is what's in my shed and i was just like right you're scaring me
[00:55:22] now back off go home get out get out of my room yeah yeah i think i guess my bigger fear about that is because i i don't understand obviously i understand the premise of astral projection and or dreamwalking um and those kind of things but there's not a very like
[00:55:46] there's not a great understanding about what it is and where you're at so like sure you can see this plane of existence but you're clearly not on this plane of existence i think you're looking in from another and what's on that other plane of existence with you like can you get lost can you it's like insidious isn't it have you seen the movie insidious i don't think i have well that is like to to me and that's one of the reasons it scares me because it's basically that
[00:56:17] okay so yeah like who's to say you couldn't get lost and not get back into your damn body and then what exactly is that what comas are like yeah good point like is is that's what happening you know and somebody just all of a sudden falls into a coma because that happens like no injury or anything they're just all of a sudden under could that be why well that's what happens in insidious
[00:56:43] to be fair that's what happens to the little kid okay well maybe i have seen it maybe this is like a a long i don't think i have though i think that that's one movie i have not watched because while i like the paranormal there's three of them well i think i think there's the three or is the four there might be four going to be five or it might be three there's going to be four because there's a new one coming out soon okay i did know that there was another one but i don't think i've ever seen it um but then you got to think like what if that's what happens when
[00:57:12] people die in their sleep yeah like are they just slipping into another plane by accident and then then they're just gone yeah could be because energy i don't think you know you go somewhere and i i don't necessarily think it's heaven or hell i think that you you go to another plane of existence because your energy has to carry on somewhere i don't think i think while your body
[00:57:41] might die here i don't think that you're just like dead and gone i think you're going somewhere else to continue on that life whether you start over again i like obviously i have no idea um i would love the answers to this and i'm too nosy to not have the answers to these things but well we'll find out one day we all yes maybe whether we can remember it or not because there are sometimes when i get like
[00:58:07] deep in thought of this and i'm like like meditating on it where i feel like i can just barely like i'm touching it like i can see it i can feel that other life because i know i've been somewhere before but i just can't like grab hold of it like it's just beyond where i can really like visualize what
[00:58:29] it is so no no maybe that's a developing talent that people can get possibly possibly you never know right then tina i think that's a good place to leave it and i mean it's like 10 past eight at night for me now so in a couple of hours i'm gonna go to sleep and not in my luck now i'll probably end up in some weird fucking horrible scary dream world sorry for the nightmares but
[00:58:56] it'd be nice to remember one for a change though i will i will say that maybe you'll have one tonight and you'll be able to remember and you can tell me all about it yeah i will do i will do if i if i remember i will message you and let you know absolutely all right so before we go do you want to let my listeners know where they can find you and all that good stuff sure i'm on all social media facebook instagram and tiktok i do have a youtube um it's definitely not as active as like
