These terms apply when you join a Podomedy Labs course, purchase training from us or access course content provided by Podomedy Labs.

Podomedy Labs provides courses, workshops, resources and other training relating to podcasting, audio, content creation and related subjects.

The description, price, format, duration and any specific access conditions for a course will be shown on the relevant course page before you purchase or enrol.

Joining a waitlist does not commit you to purchasing a course and does not guarantee a place on a future course.

Podomedy Labs courses are currently hosted and delivered using TrainerCentral, a service provided by Zoho.

TrainerCentral provides the technology used to host and administer our courses. Podomedy Ltd remains responsible for the Podomedy Labs courses, course content and our relationship with you as the training provider.

Your ability to access online course content may depend on the continued availability and operation of TrainerCentral and other third-party services that we reasonably rely upon.

Where payment is required, the full price of the course will be displayed before purchase.

Once payment and enrolment have been successfully completed, you will receive access in accordance with the information given on the course page.

Unless we state otherwise, your course access is for your individual use. You must not share your account, login details or course access with another person.

Where access to a course is limited to a particular period, we will make that clear before you purchase.

Payments may be processed through a third-party payment provider. The payment provider available to you will be shown during checkout.

You are responsible for providing accurate payment and account information.

If we offer a recurring subscription or payment plan, any recurring charges, minimum term and cancellation arrangements will be explained before you enter into it.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights.

Podcasting, digital platforms, technology, media practices and industry standards can change quickly. We therefore cannot guarantee that every piece of course information will remain current indefinitely.

Our courses provide education, guidance and opinion based on the knowledge and experience of Podomedy and our contributors.

We do not guarantee particular results from taking a course, including audience growth, revenue, sponsorship, commissions, employment or other commercial outcomes.

Unless otherwise stated, Podomedy Labs course materials, videos, audio, worksheets, downloads, graphics and other original content are owned by Podomedy Ltd or used by us with permission.

When you enrol on a course, we grant you a personal, non-transferable right to use the course and its materials for your own learning.

TrainerCentral and other third-party providers may also make changes to their services or experience interruptions.

Where a platform problem materially prevents us from providing something you have purchased, we will take reasonable steps to restore access or provide an appropriate alternative.

Podomedy Ltd is responsible for how we use your personal information in connection with Podomedy Labs.

We use third-party service providers, including TrainerCentral/Zoho, to help us host and administer the academy and provide courses to learners.

If you join a Podomedy Labs waitlist, we will use the information you provide to administer the waitlist and contact you about Podomedy Labs in accordance with the permissions you have given us.

You can unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights.

We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when you entered into your agreement with us.

If you purchase a course wholly or mainly for business purposes, we are not responsible for indirect business losses such as loss of profit, revenue, opportunity or anticipated savings arising from decisions you make using course information, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

We may update these terms from time to time, for example because our courses, platform or legal obligations change.

The terms applying to a purchase will normally be those in force when that purchase was made, unless a change is required by law or is clearly beneficial to you.
