Comedians Sophie Craig and Jahannah James launched their diary-based podcast in 2020, where Sophie reads embarrassing diary entries from her 19-year-old self aloud. The show developed a cult following during Covid and previously featured comedy guests including impressionist Luke Kempner and comedians Will Richards and Samantha Baines.
The podcast's new season, released under the Podomedy banner, will expand beyond Sophie's diary. Craig and James are inviting their audience to share their own cringe secrets from everyday life, creating content that connects with listeners through shared memories of adolescent awkwardness.

Sophie Craig is an established actress and writer with credits including "Emmerdale" (2025), "The Adventures of Maid Marian" (2022), "The Bay" (2019), and "Bulletproof" (2018). Jahannah James is known for her work “Deep heat” (2022), "Lord Doritos and the Deadly Duel" (2021), and "Four Deaf Yorkshiremen and a Wedding" (2022). They can both be seen in the upcoming rom com film "A Mistletoe Wish" (2025).
