Podomedy’s Rachel Creeger nominated for Best Stand Up at Greater Manchester Fringe

Comedian and Jew Talkin’ To Me? co-host Rachel Creeger has been nominated for Best Stand Up at the 2026 Greater Manchester Fringe Awards for her new show Queen of the Jews! (WIP).

The nomination continues a strong run for Rachel at the festival. She won Best Comedy in 2017 and returned as a Best Stand Up nominee in both 2023 and 2024.

Rachel co-hosts the comedy chat show Jew Talkin’ To Me? with Philip Simon, part of the Podomedy comedy podcast network. The show brings comedians, broadcasters, writers and other guests together for funny and frank conversations about modern Jewish life.

Mat Smith ultimately took home the 2026 Best Stand Up award for The Middle (WIP).

Jew Talkin' To Me? is hosted by award winning comedians, Rachel Creeger and Philip Simon, and produced by Russell Balkind. Each show features guests from the entertainment industry sharing their views on a variety of topics connected to modern Jewish life in a secular world, as well as their memories of growing up Jewish.


Both Philip and Rachel are well known as Jewish comedians on both the mainstream and community circuit and our guest list includes stand-up comedians, presenters, broadcasters, journalists and writers who are Jewish, have some Jewish heritage, or a Jewish connection.
