Susie Riddell is a versatile actor and voice artist renowned for her dynamic performances across radio, audiobooks, theatre, and podcasts. Trained at the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama, Susie began her career at the age of 11 with BBC Radio 4's The Archers, where she currently portrays Tracy Horrobin.
Her extensive radio credits include major roles in Ulysses, Frankenstein, The Great Gatsby, and the award-winning adaptation of 1984. She has also been a member of the BBC Radio Drama Company on two occasions.
In the audiobook realm, Susie has narrated over 60 titles, earning accolades such as an Earphones Award and multiple nominations for Narrator of the Year by the Romantic Novelists’ Association.
Beyond the microphone, Susie co-hosts the Limited Time Only podcast and contributes to The Archers Podcast. Her stage credits encompass productions at The Old Vic, Bristol Old Vic, and Birmingham Rep, with television appearances in Gavin & Stacey, Doctors, and Emmerdale.
When not performing, Susie enjoys singing first soprano with the City of London Choir and co-directing the theatre company Idiot Child.
