Sir Chris has solved the national deficit with a bold new strategy: selling his citizens' kidneys to the highest bidder. When he isn't using his population for profit, he’s enforcing a strict No-Lace Policy. On Red Bloody Island, shoelaces are a sign of rebellion, unless you’re a tennis pro.
