Podomedy shows return to support CALM’s Stay Tuned 2026 campaign

Podomedy is once again joining Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM) for Stay Tuned, the charity’s month-long podcast campaign raising funds for its life-saving suicide prevention services.

Running throughout September, Stay Tuned brings together podcasts and networks across the UK to use the trust they have with listeners to raise money, talk about mental health and help give people reasons to stay.

Damien St John, founder of Podomedy, said:

“Comedy podcasts are brilliant at creating communities where people feel part of something. We were incredibly proud to support Stay Tuned last year, so getting behind CALM again was an easy decision. If our shows can make people laugh, get them talking and help fund support for someone who needs it, that’s a pretty good use of a microphone.”

Podomedy first joined Stay Tuned in 2025, when five shows from across the network supported the campaign. All Podomedy shows will carry Stay Tuned campaign messaging throughout September, whilst the list of new and returning Podomedy shows taking part in direct fundraising will be announced in due course.

Stay Tuned 2026 runs from 1–30 September 1st to 30th. Any podcasts wishing to take part in fundraising can sign up here: https://www.thecalmzone.net/events/stay-tuned

About CALM

Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM) is a UK suicide prevention charity working to reduce the devastating impact of suicide and help people end their misery, not their lives.

CALM provides life-saving services, practical mental health support and information for anyone struggling with life, as well as people worried about someone else or affected by suicide. It also campaigns to challenge stigma, change attitudes around suicide and give more people the confidence and skills to support those around them.

CALM services

CALM’s free and anonymous suicide prevention helpline is open every day from 5pm to midnight for anyone affected by suicide or suicidal thoughts on 0800 58 58 58 - with further support available via online chat and WhatsApp.

Alongside its helpline, CALM provides practical, non-clinical mental health information, tools and resources covering issues including anxiety, depression, loneliness, grief, relationships and work stress, as well as guidance for people worried about someone else or bereaved by suicide.

CALM also runs national campaigns and community initiatives designed to get people talking about mental health, challenge stereotypes around suicide and help more people recognise when someone may need support.
